How To purchase a piece of Pricessa Jewellery

The shop is divided into a number of themed sections. Clicking the link or picture will bring you to the appropriate boutique. Click on the thumbnails to pull up the full product image and description. To purchase a piece of jewellery Just click the 'Buy" button next to the picture of the jewellery you want to buy and add it to your shopping cart. After you have finished your shopping selection, click on 'Go To Payments' and you will be asked for you details to process your order.

Our online payment system accepts all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and JCB. Princessajewels.com is a secure site and our credit card details are encrypted. We not see your credit card details at all. Your payment is handled by our payment gateway PayPal. If you pay via PayPal our business name Mai Mai Jewels and Accessories Ltd will appear on your credit/debit card statement.

You can also pay by cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us at: orders@princessajewels.com. Goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared through our bank account. Please allow up to 10 working days for cheques to clear. Cheques are made payable to Mai Mai Jewels & Accessories Ltd. Payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling only (GDP). Upon payments your credit card company will charge you in your country's currency at that day's exchange rate. Local charges are not the responsibility of Princessa Jewels.

Your order will be packed and sent out provided the delivery adress has been verified and payment has been approved. All goods will be sent out to the customer once payment to Princessa Jewels has cleared. We use paypal to clear payments. All payments are made to Mai Mai Jewels & Accessories Ltd who own the Princessa Jewels brand and website.

Please note: we are only able to deliver to debit/credit card holders billing address.

Ordering

As soon as we have processed your order, we will email you with a delivery estimate. If you do not supply a valid e-mail address we will term the despatch of the goods as having completed our contract with you.

It is the responsibility of the customer to supply accurate name, delivery and contact details to us. No liability will be assumed by us for delivery of goods based on any incorrect details supplied by the customer.

All items are offered for sale subject to availability at the time of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content or cancel orders.

If there is an error to any of the prices on the www.icedcandy website, then no contract between the customer and the company will be entered into.

If items are out of stock at the time you make your order, we will send you an email asking whether you would like to wait for the item on back order or action an exchange or refund.  We aim to deliver within a week depending on the custom requirements.  

As jewellery is a valuable item, we send all our deliveries by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed to arrive the day after it is despatched and provides insurance cover up to £500 on all items during transit. All items will be charged at a special delivery rate of £5.95 for goods ordered in the UK and are sent special delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt. All items have to be signed for.

Delivery usually takes 5 working days from the time of despatch.

Where We Deliver To

We deliver to addresses within the UK, USA, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Australia and the European Union. European Union Countries are:

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus (southern), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom

Risk of loss or of damage to the goods will pass to the buyer upon delivery of the goods.

International Delivery

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For, for a flat rate of £15 postage and packing, for orders up to £500. This includes deliveries to Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Australia and the USA and the following EU Countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus (southern), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Australia and the USA.

Delivery to these countries will usually take approximately 10 working days from despatch. Orders are in pounds sterling and you will be charged in sterling.

Orders may be subject to local taxes and import charges in certain countries. We are not responsible for any duties or other charges levied by your customs authorities.

We regret that orders over £500 cannot be sent internationally as insurance is only for items up to a total of £500. Princessa Jewels will not be responsible for any custom duties levied on international orders. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Delivery

Sometimes delays in delivery may occur for reasons beyond our control. Any liability carried by Princessa Jewels for any delay or non-delivery of the goods shall be limited to replacing the goods within reasonable time or refunding the value of the goods. The delivery times stated on the Princessa Jewels website are estimates.

Cost of Delivery

The cost of delivery is based upon the weight of the items that you purchase and also the special delivery service that we use to deliver your jewellery.  Our jewellery is well protected and will be delivered to you in a box with protective bubble wrap. 

The cost of delivery will range from £5.95 to a maximum of £15.00 for international delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email us at: returns@princessajewels.comto inform us that you wish to return an item.
 
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items made to order including custome sized and personalised jewellery.  If the mistake is on our side we will accept returns or exchanges.
 
Other items which can be returned are our charms if bought seperately and our pendants.
 
Please include a valid return email address or some other contact information to ensure that your refund or exchange is dealt with as quickly as possible. Email our customer service at returns@icedcandy.com detailing your order number and the item to be returned and we will issue you with a returns number.
 
All goods must be sent back in unused, unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Items damaged through misuse will not be considered for return. We will not refund any items that has been worn or arrives back to us in any other condition than in which they were sent out.

Princessa Jewels will not accept any returns for items which have been purchased for more than 3 months from the date of purchase.

We cannot accept the return of earrings due to health and safety issues.

All items must be adequately protected and packaged with the items being marketed as fragile on the outside of the packaging. We suggest that items are enclosed in bubble wrap are either boxed or enclosed in 'Jiffy type' mailing bags. We always provide bubble wrap in any order we send out.

Princessa Jewels cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit to you. This is why we strongly recommend that returned items are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery which includes insurance of £500.

Princessa Jewels cannot accept responsibility for damage or delay caused by the delivery service used and that proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Post Office "special delivery" service includes insurance Cover while the goods are in transit, so if your item is mislaid or lost you are covered to the value of the item if you use the post office special delivery service. Please note that the Post Office recommend that jewellery is NOT sent Recorded Delivery.

Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be actioned if the item(s) arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. If this happens, the item(s) will be returned to you. We are unable to accept the return of earrings or hair products due to health and hygiene regulations.

We do not refund the cost of postage and packaging for returned items (accept if they are faulty).

Wrong Sizing

We do not give refunds for wrong sizing on the part of the customer as each piece of jewellery is individuly make to customer requirments. However,for a fee of £10.00 we can re-size a wrong size order.

Faulty Items

Princessa jewellery is quality checked prior to being offered for sale.

Faulty goods should be returned within 7 working days of delivery. Please include your name, address, telephone number, order number, a brief detail of the fault and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable we will automatically issue a refund for the total costs of the goods including the agreed postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods

Princessa Jewels will not accept the return of items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent how ever they were caused. We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

Late or Lost Deliveries

Please contact us is you have not received your delivery within 7 days of placing your order at info@princessajewels.com. We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the matter. We will then give you the tracking number so that you can check with your local post office sorting office. Royal mail will not officially classify a parcel as lost until 15 working days have elapsed.

Privacy Policy

Under the data protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow a strict procedure governing customer privacy and data protection. We do not disclose any customer information to third parties other than for delivery purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

When you place an order we collect your contact details (name, email address, telephone number and address so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. Occasionally we may email you with details of special offers and new products. If you do not want to be informed of any special promotions please email us.

Quality

All Princessa jewellery is of exceptional quality. The majority of our items are made with natural fresh water pearls, crystals, sterling silver components and semi-precious stones. Our items cannot be compared to similar products found on the high street.  Our jewellery is not mass produced.
