Methods of Payment

All of our payments go through Paypal. We accept Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Visa. We also accept e-cheques through Paypal. You don't have to have a paypal account to pay for a purchase at Princessa Jewels.

Sizing

Please see the sizing guide we have provided. We strongly recommend that you take your own wrist and neck sizes as all children are different and use a tape measure.  Please then add an extra 1/2 inch to a childs wrist measurement, and about 1/4 inch for a baby/toddler.  Then add 1/4 for a baby size 1/2 for a toddler/child size and 1 inch for an adult sized wrist.

Your measurements will depend on how close or loose you want the bracelet to be. For adult sizes just measure your wrist and add extra depending on how tight/loose you want it. Our bracelets are measured end to end (from the tip of the bralcelet to  clasp end.)

If you order the wrong size you can send back the bracelet/necklace and we will re-string it to the correct size for a fee of £10.00.

Resizing an item

Most items come with an extender chain of 1 inch for a braclet and 2 inches for a necklace.  If your child has grown and you would like us to resize and restring a piece of jewellery you havae bought from us,  please send in your bracelet with instructions and we will restring for a fee of £10.00 per item.

Returning an Item

As all of our jewellery is specially made to customer requirements. Jewellery can be returned only if there is a fault due to us.  We will then repair or make another to your requirements. We do not pre-buy products in. Jewellery is made from scratch for customer requirements.

How Long till I Get My order?

Please allow up to 1 - 2 weeks to receive your Princessa jewels. Our products are made to your specifications and are not mass produced in any way.

Shipping Method

We use Royal mail and ship internationally.  All International shipments are charged £10.00 for special delivery.

Yes. We use a 128 bit Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your details online.
